Had a negative experience with the sales guy who was arrogant, and then I got stood up for an appointment I “had to come in for” and then was told that I shouldn’t have left after waiting in the office for 20 minutes without anyone saying a word to me or giving me an update - total joke. Whatever, I shop rates not company. Good for a year and then added an old beater truck and got charged more than my new suv. Was paying $250 a month and then switched to progressive and am paying $83 for the same coverage…. All in all, State Farm coverage was eh, never had to use it luckily, but this office in particular was a pain to deal with and clearly just in it for the commission vs customer service and care."
